About us
About Nissan Patrol Battery
We are an independent mobile battery service for the Nissan Patrol in Dubai. Vans, not a workshop — the job comes to your Patrol, whether it is on Sheikh Zayed Road at midnight or three levels down in a tower car park.
We come to your Patrol 24/7, in every community in Dubai.

What we actually do
A van carries Patrol batteries in the D31 sizes the Y62 and the Safari take, a regulated jump pack, a proper conductance load tester, a memory saver and the tool that resets the battery sensor on a Y63. That combination is the whole business: it is what lets one visit end with your Patrol running, the battery measured and the answer known, rather than with a booking for a second visit.

The part that costs us money
About a third of the Patrols we are called to keep the battery they already have. The load test says it is fine, we say so, and we leave having sold a jump-start instead of a battery. That is not generosity — it is the only version of this business that survives a review page — but it does mean the test result decides, not the invoice.
What we will not do
We are not Nissan and not a Nissan dealer — we are an independent specialist, and the batteries we fit come from the battery makers, not from a Nissan parts counter. We do not move an accident-damaged Patrol before the police report exists, because doing so can cost you the insurance claim. And we do not quote a number on the phone and a different one at the car.
Talk to a person
Someone who fits Patrol batteries answers the phone, at any hour. Not a call centre and not a form.
