Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This policy explains exactly what we collect when you contact us about Nissan Patrol battery replacement in Dubai, what we do with it, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to be technically survivable.
Who we are
Nissan Patrol Battery is an independent mobile battery service for the Nissan Patrol, operating across Dubai and the neighbouring emirates. We are not affiliated with Nissan or its dealers. We provide Nissan Patrol battery replacement, battery testing, jump-starts, roadside assistance, recovery and the garage services listed on this website.
You can reach us on +971 54 308 8913 at any hour, or through the WhatsApp number shown on every page. Any question about this policy, or any request about your data, can be sent to either.
What we collect, and why
When you call or message us we collect your phone number, your location or the address you give us, and your Patrol's generation, trim and model year. All three are needed to do the job: the number to reach you, the location to dispatch the nearest van, and the vehicle details to bring the correct battery. Without them we cannot provide the service.
When we complete a job we record what was supplied, what it cost and the warranty term, because a warranty you cannot prove is not a warranty. Payment is taken at the car through a card terminal or a buy-now-pay-later provider; we never see or store your full card number.
When you visit this website we collect the standard information any web server receives — IP address, browser type, the pages you looked at and the page that sent you here. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. Your language preference is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to remember your language choice, to measure traffic in aggregate, and to measure whether an advertisement led to a call. The language preference is stored locally in your browser and is not a tracking cookie.
We advertise on Google. Google Ads and Google Analytics may set cookies that allow Google to measure conversions and, where you have consented, to show you our advertisements on other sites. That is remarketing, and it means Google may associate your visit here with an advertising identifier it holds.
You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at any time at myadcenter.google.com and adssettings.google.com, and you can opt out of Google Analytics measurement with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Your browser's own settings will also block or delete cookies from this site; nothing on this site stops working if you do.
We do not sell data to advertisers, we do not run advertising for third parties on this site, and we do not build audience profiles of our own beyond what is described here.
Who your information is shared with
Your location and phone number are passed to the technician dispatched to you, for as long as the job is open. They are removed from that technician's device once the job is closed.
Payment details are handled directly by our card terminal provider and, if you choose to split the payment, by tabby or tamara under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and nothing more.
Website analytics and advertising measurement data are processed by Google under Google's own terms. Hosting and message delivery are handled by our hosting provider and by WhatsApp respectively.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not pass your number to other businesses for marketing. If we are ever legally required to disclose information — a court order, a police request in connection with an accident — we will comply, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Dispatch information — your location, and the notes attached to a job — is deleted within thirty days of the job being closed.
Invoices and warranty records are kept for five years. This is not a choice: UAE tax law requires accounting records to be retained for that period, and a warranty claim depends on the record existing.
Website analytics data is retained in aggregate for fourteen months and then discarded.
Your rights
Under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to it being used for marketing, and withdraw a consent you previously gave.
Call or message the numbers on this site and we will act on any of those within thirty days. The only information we will refuse to delete is what tax law obliges us to keep, and we will tell you specifically what that is rather than declining in general terms.
You have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe we have handled your information improperly.
Marketing messages
We do not send bulk marketing messages. If we ever start, it will be opt-in, every message will carry a one-word way to stop, and stopping will be immediate and permanent. Your number is never added to a list because you called us in an emergency.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Job records are held in access-controlled systems and technicians see only the job assigned to them. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your personal information we will tell you and the Data Office promptly rather than quietly.
Children
This service is for vehicle owners and drivers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen, and we have no reason to.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the current version is always the one published here. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be notified to you directly.
