Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These are the terms we work under. They state what each service includes, how it is priced, when you can cancel, what the warranty covers, and the three things we will not do. Nothing here is written to be difficult to read.

Who these terms are between

These terms govern every service Nissan Patrol Battery provides — Nissan Patrol battery replacement and delivery, battery testing, jump-starts, roadside assistance, recovery and the garage services listed on this site. They apply from the moment you accept a quote, whether by phone, WhatsApp or in person.

We can be reached on +971 54 308 8913, 24/7, every day, and on the WhatsApp number shown on every page of this site.

What each service includes

A battery test and jump-start means a technician attends your Patrol, starts the engine using a regulated jump pack if it will not start, and then load-tests the battery and measures the charging system output. The test result is shown to you. If the battery passes, that is the whole visit and nothing further is sold.

Battery replacement includes the battery, delivery to your location, fitting, cleaning and protection of the terminals, registration of the battery to the vehicle's energy management system where the vehicle requires it, a charging-system check, and removal of the old battery for licensed recycling.

Roadside assistance covers jump-starts, fuel delivery, non-destructive lockout entry and tyre changes. Recovery and towing move a vehicle that cannot be made driveable to a destination you choose.

Garage services are described individually on their own pages on this site, and each page states what its quoted price includes.

Prices and quotations

Every price on this site and every price we quote includes VAT at the applicable UAE rate. A VAT invoice is issued for every job.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices and depend on your vehicle. The price you are quoted before work begins is the price you pay. We do not add call-out fees, night or weekend surcharges, or charges for reaching a vehicle in basement parking.

If, having attended, we find the job is different from what was described on the call, we stop and re-quote. Nothing beyond the agreed price is ever carried out without your explicit approval.

A quotation is valid for seven days. Payment is due on completion, by cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer for account customers, or in four instalments through tabby or tamara under those providers' own terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before the technician arrives, at no cost, however late. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum charge for a cancelled dispatch.

If the technician has arrived and carried out a battery test, and you decide not to proceed with a replacement, you pay nothing — the test is free and is free whatever you decide afterwards.

Where we cannot reach you within the time we quoted, you may cancel and owe nothing.

Refunds and returns

An unopened, unfitted battery may be returned within seven days for a full refund.

A fitted battery may be returned within seven days, refunded less an AED 60 fitting charge, provided it is undamaged and has not been discharged below a recoverable state.

If a service was not delivered as described, tell us and we will put it right or refund it. Refunds are made by the method you paid with, within fourteen days of being agreed.

Warranty

Batteries carry a manufacturer warranty of between 12 and 24 months depending on the brand and tier. The term is stated in your quote before you agree to it, and again on your invoice. The invoice is the warranty document — there is no separate card to lose.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature capacity loss under normal use. A failed battery within its term is replaced at your location at no cost, including the call-out.

It does not cover physical damage, reverse-polarity connection, deep discharge caused by a fault we identified in writing and you chose not to repair, or a battery that has been removed and refitted by someone else.

Workmanship on garage services is warranted for 12 months. Parts carry whatever term their manufacturer provides, and that term is stated on your invoice.

Arrival times

Arrival times quoted on this site and on the phone are estimates based on the nearest available van and current conditions. They are given honestly and they are not guarantees. Where we are going to be materially later than quoted, we tell you rather than letting the clock run.

What we do not do

We work on 12-volt starting and auxiliary systems only. We do not open, service, test or attempt to charge high-voltage traction batteries in hybrid or electric vehicles, and no technician will do so on request.

We will not enter private or restricted premises without the permission of whoever controls access, and we will not work on a vehicle in a position that is unsafe for the technician or for other road users.

We do not tow or recover a vehicle from an accident scene before a police report exists where UAE law requires one. Doing so can invalidate your insurance claim, and we will explain the correct order on the call.

Your responsibilities

The vehicle details you give us determine which battery is loaded onto the van. If they are wrong, a second visit may be needed and we will arrange it as soon as we can.

You must be legally entitled to authorise work on the vehicle. Where you are not the registered owner, we may ask for the owner's confirmation before proceeding.

Personal belongings left in a vehicle during recovery remain your responsibility.

Liability

We are responsible for damage we cause to your vehicle through our own negligence, and we carry insurance for it. Report any such damage within 48 hours of the visit so that it can be assessed.

We are not liable for pre-existing faults, for consequential losses such as missed appointments or lost income, or for failures of components we did not supply or work on. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Complaints

Call or message the numbers on this site. A complaint is acknowledged within one working day and answered within seven. If we got something wrong we will say so and fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
